Reservations & Availability
Reservations can be requested via internet or phone, however no reservation is guaranteed until a credit card has been given to hold the date & unit(s) you desire. We only charge your card $50 to hold your reservation and the remainder is due payable by credit, debit or check the day of party.
If you do not have a credit card you have three days from the day your reservation has been made to mail in your deposit. You will need to mail in $50 for a 13x13 or 15x15 or $100 for waterslides and combo bouncers. This amount will then be deducted from your total.
Pay pal is also accepted. Click here to pay your deposit or full amount via pay pal.
To guarantee your reservation, we do recommend that you reserve your inflatable bouncer as early as possible.
We take reservations up to 6 months in advance.

A $50.00 Non-Refundable deposit is due per bouncy rental. A $75 Non-Refundable deposit is due per combo or slide rentals. We can hold the reservation with a credit card, this will guarantee your unit, price and times agreed. However, if you called back to cancel for any reason other than weather on the day of your party, your credit card will be charged an additional $50.00 or $75 cancellation fee depending which unit you reserved. We cannot afford to hold a jumper or slide that has not been confirmed by a deposit or credit card as several customers are turned away daily due to units being reserved for particular times and dates.
Bad Weather Policy
REGARDING UNFAVORABLE WEATHER CONDITIONS
When we arrive at your party, a safe decision is made together regarding the weather conditions. Heavy rain can be a hazard due to slippage and electrical shock near the blower; high winds can be potentially hazardous. Unpredictable rain is a part of Hawaii life. Heavy rain is defined by hard rain, falling steadily on and off - enough to make puddles on the ground, tarp, and in the bouncy. High winds are defined by any time the top and sides of the unit are bending due to the wind pressure. All these factors will be considered when assessing the jumper set-up. However, prior to setting up if it rains or is too windy the day of your event you will be refunded your entire deposit. We believe our customers should not be penalized due to unfavorable weather.
If however, we agree that the bouncer is able to be set up but the weather turns sour, a discount or credit for future use can be requested at the time of pick up.
